thai tai

haha.... i got accepted by MDK Public Relations Consultancy for a one month internship.
but i am not gonna turn up for work tmrw.

why?

me being me (taitai wannabe) don't want to work.
especially if it's from 9am - 6pm daily, and pay me only $500 a month.
they can do better than that.
so, i'm gonna call them up tmrw and inform them that i won't be going to work =)

i enjoy working.
but not a desk-bound job... doing data entry and technology.
customer service and interactive job natures and fine.
but $500 is really too little... by the time i deduct food and transport expenditure...
i'm probably left with $100... how to survive? =``(

sorry Stan, gonna disappoint you! i'm not going anywhere this vacation...!!! *horror*
China is too cold, but i have a good mind of going to Shanghai!
it's so cosmoplitan and sophisticated! and China's coastal cities's developement pace is in leaps and bounds.... i just want to see it with my own eyes!
especially worthwhile since SQ selling cheap limited tickets now.
but i don't know where to stay! sigh. and my Dad is not paying!!!

i really want a vacation!
like what u've said, hop on a flight to somewhere coz i'm really bored and tired...
thailand? hmmm.... sounds good since it's the mangoes season now.
fresh ripe succulent sweet mangoes. but.... i'm tired of going to Bangkok.
if i do, i'll just sit at home and eat mangoes... =)
Ayutheya and Hua Hin... been there too.... don't wanna go anytime soon.
but my Uncle just called to ask when will i be going back... it's already Dec... =/
i'm looking forward to going to Europe nex August though. i am gonna work hard for that reward!
Europe : Prague, Germany, Paris, Tuscany, Greece...
it calls my name! =D

i've not been diving for ages.
blame it on my Godfather... =P
never mind, Isaac suggested to go to Papua New Guinea next April.
that's a superb dive site. rather isolated so there's less tourist traffic and environmental damage.
though it may be very backward and uncivilized... the dive spots offer a magical experience.
so... save up for dive trip! can't wait to see my turtles, napolean fish, manta rays, sharks....!
and the beautiful colorful sea anemones and sea slugs.

this holidays.... i'm just gonna stay home, curl in my warm basket, sip on hot chocolate with marshmallow.... read my novels... while listening to the rhythm of the rainfall. my favourite authors: Paulo Coelho and Dan Brown. Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code was brilliant. but i heard that Reception Point was a disappointment. Agatha Christie used to be one of my favourites but i really don't like Hercule Poirot. i've finished the entire Robin Cook collection. the last one... Sphinx was a disaster... time to borrow new novels!

of course, my high life needs to be constantly updated.
i need to be informed of the latest fashion, gourmet delicacies, wines and lifestyle.
entertainment to me is not a big issue.
therefore, i'm happily indulging in Wine & Dine, Gourmet Traveller and Solitaire magazine.
not cheap to buy but very informative to read. the hallmark of a socialite.
i am not a material-obssessed bitch.
thus, there's Newsweek and Times too. National Geographic is only a remote control press away!
politics, current affairs, economy and sociology are all part of living.
whatever happens out there affects whatever happens in here.
globalization and 'connected'-ness and its ill effects...
